We partner with FedEx Shipping to provide efficient, reliable, and free shipping. As long as you purchase our Portable Electric Air Pump at and pay successfully, we provide free shipping service regardless of the quantity you purchase.

Note: We currently only sell to the United States.

Your order for Portable Electric Air Pump products will be shipped from our warehouse located at 18949 Marsh LANE #1313, Dallas, Texas, 75287.

Products are delivered within 7 business days after ordering

We want to make sure you understand our delivery times.

Our order delivery time = order processing time + delivery time.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your order is processed to receive your Portable Electric Air Pump.

For Portable Electric Air Pumps you order from, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (CST).

Don’t worry if you place your order after 6:00 PM on a weekday, we will process your order as soon as 10:00 AM the next business day.

If you place your order after 6:00 PM on Friday, your Portable Electric Air Pump will be processed starting at 10:00 AM on the following Monday.

(2) Shipping Time

Our shipping time is 4-5 business days for orders shipped using FedEx Shipping. We will do our best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on holidays and weekends, so please be patient if you place an order during these times.

If you don’t receive your Portable Electric Air Pump after 7 business days, no need to worry, just contact Elena Cargill at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or re-shipment for you.

We pack the Portable Electric Air Pump in waterproof cartons

When you receive our Portable Electric Air Pump, you will find that it is carefully packaged in a waterproof carton with extra thick protective foam film inside to ensure that the product is safe and undamaged during transportation.

About product receipt

1. How to check order information?

If you need to cancel an order, you can only modify it within 2 hours after placing the order.

This includes canceling the order in whole or in part, changing the address, changing the delivery method and adding, exchanging or removing items from the order.

After 2 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

2.What if my Portable Electric Air Pump arrives with missing parts?

Before shipping, we will inspect the Portable Electric Air Pump thoroughly to ensure it is in original condition.
