Return Conditions

For a smooth return, please note the following conditions:

(1) You have the right to request a return of a Portable Electric Air Pump product within 45 natural days of receipt.

(2) Please note that we only accept return requests for Portable Electric Air Pump products purchased at Tastemalls.com.

(3) Returns of the Portable Electric Air Pump must be in brand new condition or show only slight traces of use. The Portable Electric Air Pump product does not affect use, and artificial damage, stains, etc. are not allowed.

(4) To expedite the return process, please make sure to return the Portable Electric Air Pump in its original packaging and include the product manual, charging cable and other parts. Include a return label to the return package. The order number and reason for return need to be written on the return label. Return label is included in original packaging.

Of course, if you want to cancel your order after placing an order for Portable Electric Air Pump, please cancel your order in the account orders details within two hours after placing the order.

Please note that orders can be canceled within 2 hours after successful payment. Orders shipped or processed after 2 hours cannot be canceled as they cannot be removed from the packaging.

After successfully canceling the order, the refund will be credited to your account within 1-2 business days.

Return Process

If you need to return your Portable Electric Air Pump, please follow these steps:

(1) Within 45 natural days of receiving your Portable Electric Air Pump product, contact Elena Cargill at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please confirm that your return meets our specified conditions before returning it.

(2) Send your product back in its original packaging to 18949 Marsh LANE #1313, Dallas, Texas, 75287. Please be sure to include the return label in the original packaging.

(3) After shipping your return, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and include the name of the shipping company and tracking number.

Once we receive your return Portable Electric Air Pump, we will begin the refund process.

About Return Shipping Costs

– If the reason for return is due to quality issues with our Portable Electric Air Pump (for example, poor charging, failure to turn on normally, failure to inflate, failed display, overheating, wrong product shipped, etc.), Tastemalls.com will bear the return shipping costs .

– If you mistakenly order the wrong Portable Electric Air Pump, quantity, or simply don’t like the Portable Electric Air Pump you purchased and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the associated return shipping charges.

Exchange of Goods

Each order can be exchanged once, except for product quality problems in our store (such as poor charging, failure to turn on normally, failure to inflate, failure of the display, overheating, wrong product, etc.).

Return product in its original packaging to 18949 Marsh LANE #1313, Dallas, Texas, 75287 (retain the return label in the original packaging).

After receiving the portable electric air pump that needs to be replaced, we will send you a new portable electric air pump within 2 business days.

About Exchange Shipping Costs

– If the exchange is due to quality issues with our Portable Electric Air Pump (e.g., poor charging, failure to turn on properly, failure to inflate, failed display, overheating, wrong product shipped, etc.), Tastemalls.com will bear the return shipping costs.

– If the goods are exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will bear the relevant exchange freight.

Regarding Relisting Fees

Please note that there is no fee to relist your product.

Refund Time
